Let’s Talk
Keela logoWe procure and administer this

One donor record, and every appeal written against it.

Keela is a non-profit CRM — donor profiles, donation pages, email and automated journeys in one system. We procure it, migrate the giving history, and build the segments your team will actually use.

We buy it for you, set it up, move you onto it and run it afterwards.

What we work with

The products, and who each one suits.

5 listed
01

Donor CRM

Contact records, giving history, relationships and notes, with segments built off the data rather than off a mailing list.

Organisations whose donor list currently lives in three spreadsheets.

02

Donation pages and forms

Hosted and embedded giving pages carrying one-off and recurring options.

Teams collecting gifts through a payment link with no donor attached.

03

Email and communications

Newsletters, appeals and acknowledgements sent from the same record as the gift.

Fundraisers exporting a CSV into a separate email tool every month.

04

Automated workflows

Sequences that fire on a first gift, a lapsed donor or a campaign milestone.

Small teams with no capacity to chase every thank-you by hand.

05

Reporting and donor insight

Dashboards on giving, retention and campaign performance, with the underlying list one click away.

Boards asking why last year's donors did not come back.

What buying through us changes

A partnership is only worth what it changes.

Better than list

On the subscription, and on the tier your contact count actually requires. We would rather right-size the plan than sell you headroom you will not use.

Named contacts

Someone at the vendor to escalate to during a migration or a data problem, rather than a queue you join with everybody else.

Startup credits

Where the vendor runs a discount for registered non-profits or newly formed organisations, we prepare the application and sponsor it. The award is theirs to grant.

How we help

The work around the product.

  • Map what you have now — spreadsheets, a mailing list, a half-configured CRM — and decide what is worth bringing across and what should be left behind.
  • Deduplicate and migrate donor records and giving history, then reconcile the totals to your ledger before go-live.
  • License Keela on the plan your contact volume needs, and re-check it at renewal rather than letting it drift upward.
  • Build the segments, tags and pipelines your fundraising calendar depends on, instead of the default set.
  • Set up donation pages, acknowledgements and the automated journeys around a first gift and a lapsed donor.
  • Run the administration afterwards: users and permissions, data hygiene rules, exports for the auditor, renewals.
Where this is not the answer

Keela is a CRM, not an accounting system, and it overlaps with Aplos and with Salesforce NPSP. If you already run one of those properly, a second donor database is usually a step backwards, and we will say so rather than sell it. It is built for North American fundraising, and receipting formats and payment rails follow from that — so for an Indian trust we work out what has to be handled outside Keela before you commit. Sometimes the honest answer is that your donor list is small enough that a CRM is not yet your problem.
