Contact and partner enquiries

The forms send your name, organisation, contact details and message to our server. Amazon SES delivers an email to our enquiry inbox so we can respond. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the forms from automated abuse. It processes browser and network information and may set cookies. Its privacy policy and terms are linked from the reCAPTCHA widget.

If delivery fails, we offer a composed email or a copy of your message. Opening your mail app does not send it: you choose whether to send that email.

Solution Finder

Your description and selected answers reach our server. Google Gemini generates the written sketch when available; a built-in recommendation is available without it. Please describe the system, without personal or confidential information.

Google reCAPTCHA protects optional AI generation and assessment verification emails. It processes browser and network information and may set cookies; its privacy policy and terms are linked from the widget.

The application does not write your description or sketch to a database. The home-page prompt is transferred through browser session storage and removed when the finder reads it. New descriptions are not put in URLs. Infrastructure request logs are separate from application records.

DPDP readiness self-assessment

We ask for a work email at the domain being assessed and send a one-time code through Amazon SES before scanning. The code confirms access to the mailbox, not ownership of the website or authority to represent the organisation. You can use the standard assessment without email verification or a scan.

The scanner reads public pages, robots.txt, relevant Google Play listings and public breach information. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. A verified scan permission expires after 15 minutes and can start one scan; the resulting assessment session lasts two hours.

We attempt to store your email, website, scan findings, generated profile, answers and calculated result in Google Cloud Firestore for follow-up. The page reports saving failures and keeps your result available to download. No report is automatically emailed and your address is not added to a marketing list.

Gemini receives the domain and sector context to propose a profile and supplementary questions. We do not send it your email address, assessment answers or score. Our code calculates scores; a model cannot verify your internal practices.

Lekha pilot enquiries and job applications

Pilot enquiries contain your name, work email and organisation, plus any optional role, regulator, system categories and note you provide. They are stored in Firestore to prepare a briefing and are not sent to a model. Please leave sensitive system details out of the note. A successful save is not an email delivery notification.

Job applications arrive by email. We use the information you send to consider your application and respond to you.

Hosting, logs and browser storage

Google Cloud hosts the site and the assessment and pilot records. Infrastructure may log request URLs, IP addresses, timestamps and browser information for service operation and security. The application does not intentionally log submitted form bodies or assessment tokens.

Firestore also holds shared abuse-prevention counters, keyed hashes of network addresses and verification email addresses, and hashed verification secrets. Verification and per-caller counters have one-hour expiry timestamps; daily totals have three-day expiry timestamps. Expired permissions are rejected immediately, while deletion depends on the configured TTL policy. AI additions are reused within their assessment record.

We do not include an analytics tag, advertising pixel or session recorder. Browser session storage remembers the opening animation and temporarily carries the Solution Finder prompt. reCAPTCHA has its own cookie and data processing behavior.

Model processing may take place outside India. Storage and log locations depend on the deployed cloud configuration; we do not claim that all processing remains in India.

Retention and requests

Assessment and pilot records carry an expiry timestamp. The default application settings are 90 days for unfinished assessments and 730 days for completed assessments and pilot requests. Pilot expiry runs from submission, not from a later email exchange. Deployment settings can change these periods.

An expiry timestamp alone does not delete a record: automatic deletion depends on an enabled Firestore TTL policy and its processing delay. We have not verified automatic deletion, mailbox retention or infrastructure log retention for this release and do not promise deletion at an exact time.
