Let’s Talk

AI writes the easy part. The rest is why software breaks.

Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot and v0 get you to a working demo — we use them too. Everything between that demo and a product people pay for is the part we do.

Pillar 06Where AI-built prototypes grow up
We tell you not to hire us

We audit your existing code first, for a fixed fee, in three to five days. If most of it is sound we keep it. If a rewrite really is cheaper we say so — even though the audit is the smaller invoice.

What we lead with
  • It survives real traffic — load testing, caching, database indexes and queues, before launch
  • It can’t be broken into — input validation, authentication, rate limits, secrets out of the codebase
  • You know when it breaks — error tracking, uptime alerts, dashboards and someone on call
  • Anyone can maintain it — readable code, tests, documentation and a recorded handover

Questions

What clients ask us first.

Usually not. The product thinking in a prototype is valuable; the plumbing underneath is what needs work. We will say plainly if a rewrite is genuinely cheaper.
Code audit (3–5 days), plan (3–5 days), foundation (1–2 weeks), rebuild and harden (2–6 weeks), go live (3–5 days), close support (2 weeks).
Yes, and we prefer it. A recorded handover is part of the engagement, not an afterthought.
