They do not govern our services. Services are provided under a separate written agreement — a statement of work, master services agreement or equivalent — which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Content here is provided for general information. Metrics we publish — timelines, cost reductions, success rates — describe outcomes achieved on specific past engagements and are not a guarantee of future results.
Architecture guidance, compliance summaries and security commentary on this site are general in nature and are not a substitute for advice scoped to your circumstances.
Proposals and pricing
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Pricing, timelines and scope are confirmed only in a signed proposal or statement of work.
Where we describe a median delivery time, that reflects observed delivery across comparable engagements and is subject to scoping.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names and logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and appear to describe partnerships and integrations.
Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement is governed by the relevant agreement, which ordinarily assigns work product to the client on payment.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute unlawful material.
Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome to report findings to hello@anocloud.in and we will respond.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on this site.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits or varies the liability provisions of a signed services agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any dispute resolution mechanism agreed in a services contract.
