Let’s Talk
AWS logoWe build and run on this

The broadest catalogue, and the easiest bill to get wrong.

We build and run production workloads on AWS, and can place committed spend through our partnership. Most of the work here is the unglamorous half — accounts, networking, IAM, cost, and the migration nobody wants to own.

Not a boxed licence — we design and operate workloads here, and can place your committed spend through us.

What we work with

The products, and who each one suits.

6 listed
01

Amazon EC2

Virtual machines in most shapes you can think of, GPU instances included.

Workloads with licensing or kernel requirements a managed service will not take.

02

Amazon EKS

A managed Kubernetes control plane; you keep your own manifests and tooling.

Teams already standardised on Kubernetes who would rather not run the control plane.

03

Amazon S3

Object storage with lifecycle rules and colder storage classes for data nobody reads.

Everyone, eventually — it is where the data lake sits.

04

Amazon RDS and Aurora

Managed relational databases, PostgreSQL and MySQL among them; Aurora is the higher-throughput engine.

Applications where a database outage is a business outage.

05

AWS Lambda

Functions billed per invocation, with nothing to keep warm.

Event handlers, glue between systems and scheduled work.

06

Amazon Bedrock

Managed access to foundation models from several providers behind one API.

Teams that want model choice without running inference themselves.

What buying through us changes

A partnership is only worth what it changes.

Better than list

On committed AWS spend. Reserved Instances, Savings Plans and committed terms are where an AWS bill actually moves — we place that commitment through our partnership rather than leaving you at list.

Named contacts

An escalation path into AWS rather than a ticket queue. Service quota limits, a region capacity question or a bill nobody can explain go to someone we can name.

Startup credits

AWS runs a startup programme with credits attached. We sponsor the application and write the technical section — the award is AWS's decision.

How we help

The work around the product.

  • Account structure — Organizations, guardrails, one account per environment, and a billing hierarchy you can read without a spreadsheet.
  • Migration — workload by workload: what moves as-is, what gets rebuilt, what should stay where it is, each with a cost against it.
  • EKS platform build — cluster, node groups, ingress, secrets, GitOps delivery and an upgrade plan with a date on it.
  • Data platform — S3 lake layout, Glue or Airflow orchestration, and Redshift or Athena depending on how the queries actually behave.
  • Cost engineering — rightsizing, Savings Plan coverage, storage class transitions, and a monthly review you can hand to finance.
  • Security — least-privilege IAM, CloudTrail and GuardDuty wired somewhere a human reads, network segmentation and key management.
Where this is not the answer

AWS has the largest catalogue, which is also its problem: plenty of teams buy managed services they do not need. If a smaller platform or a single managed database does the job, we will say so — even when the AWS build would be the larger engagement for us. And we are not AWS support. For a service defect we escalate and stay on it, but the fix is theirs to ship.
