Let’s Talk
Razorpay logoWe build and run on this

Payments that clear, reconcile and close the books.

Razorpay is not a licence we sell you. We integrate it, get you through onboarding, and build the reconciliation that turns settlements into something finance can sign off.

Not a boxed licence — we design and operate workloads here, and can place your committed spend through us.

What we work with

The products, and who each one suits.

6 listed
01

Payment Gateway

Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets behind a hosted or custom checkout.

Anyone taking money online.

02

Payment Links, Pages and Invoices

Collection without an engineering project — a link, a hosted page, or an invoice with a pay button on it.

Sales and collections, before the integration exists.

03

Subscriptions and recurring payments

Standing instructions on cards, e-mandate and UPI AutoPay, with retry logic and mandate management.

Anything billed monthly.

04

Route

Splitting one payment across multiple sellers or entities and settling each separately.

Marketplaces and platforms.

05

Smart Collect

Virtual accounts and UPI IDs per customer, so a bank transfer arrives already identified.

B2B collections against invoices.

06

RazorpayX

Business banking and automated payouts driven by an API rather than a netbanking screen.

Vendor payouts, refunds at volume, payroll disbursal.

What buying through us changes

A partnership is only worth what it changes.

Better than the rate card

There is no licence here to discount. What is negotiable is the pricing on your account, and we put that case before you go live rather than after you have the volume. Razorpay sets the rate.

Named contacts

An escalation path into Razorpay instead of a support queue. That is what you want on the day settlements are late or a KYC document is stuck somewhere unnamed.

Startup credits

Where Razorpay runs an early-stage programme you qualify for, we prepare and sponsor the application. Acceptance is Razorpay's decision, not ours.

How we help

The work around the product.

  • Integration into your product or site — hosted or custom checkout — with webhooks handled idempotently, so a retried callback does not double-count an order.
  • Onboarding support: KYC, business documents and the settlement account assembled once and properly, so activation is not what holds up launch.
  • Reconciliation — settlements, fees, taxes and refunds matched against your ledger, so month-end closes on figures rather than estimates.
  • Failure-rate work: reading the decline reasons, tuning retries and checkout flow, and telling you plainly when the problem is the bank and not the code.
  • Subscription and mandate plumbing across creation, renewal, retry and cancellation — including what happens when a customer revokes a mandate at their bank.
  • Payout automation on RazorpayX with approvals and an audit trail, instead of a shared spreadsheet and a maker-checker that lives in someone's head.
Where this is not the answer

We integrate and operate. We do not underwrite. Approval, KYC, pricing and any risk hold on your settlements are Razorpay's decisions, and engineering on our side does not move them — if your business sits in a restricted category, that is the answer. We design so card data never touches your servers, but we do not issue PCI attestations; that is a QSA's job and we work alongside yours. And if you need one processor for international cards and multiple currencies, Razorpay may not be the whole answer. We would rather say so now.
