Let’s Talk
Norton logoWe procure and administer this

For the laptops that will never see a security team.

Norton is consumer and small-business protection — antivirus, VPN, password management, device cover. We license it, get it onto the machines, and keep the renewals honest.

We buy it for you, set it up, move you onto it and run it afterwards.

What we work with

The products, and who each one suits.

5 listed
01

Norton 360 (Standard, Deluxe, Advanced)

Antivirus bundled with a VPN, password manager and cloud backup, sold by device count and term.

Founders, directors and staff on personal or shared machines.

02

Norton AntiVirus Plus

Malware protection for a single device, without the rest of the bundle.

One machine that needs cover and nothing more.

03

Norton Small Business

Device protection sold by seat, with one place to add and remove devices as people come and go.

Teams of a few to a few dozen with no IT department.

04

Norton Secure VPN

An encrypted connection for staff working from hotel, café and airport networks.

People who travel and connect to whatever is on offer.

05

Norton Password Manager

A credential vault included with Norton 360, with browser and mobile access.

Anyone still keeping passwords in a spreadsheet or the browser's own store.

What buying through us changes

A partnership is only worth what it changes.

Better than list

On Norton subscriptions and renewals placed through us. What it comes to depends on the term and the device count — the proposal carries the figure, not this page.

Named contacts

Rather than leaving you in a consumer support queue over a licence key, a failed renewal or a billing error, we take it on and chase it through the channel until it is resolved.

Startup credits

Where a startup or non-profit programme exists on this kind of subscription, we sponsor the application and prepare the paperwork. The award is the vendor's decision.

How we help

The work around the product.

  • Work out how many devices and which tier — and say when the protection already built into Windows and macOS is enough.
  • Place the subscriptions and diarise the renewal dates so nothing auto-renews at a price nobody agreed to.
  • Install and activate across the fleet, and remove whatever conflicting antivirus is already on the machine.
  • Set up the password manager and move people off spreadsheets and browser-saved credentials.
  • Handle licence transfers and seat changes as devices are replaced and people join or leave.
  • Take the calls when a file is quarantined or the VPN breaks a work application, so nobody just switches protection off.
Where this is not the answer

Norton is built for consumers and very small offices. It is not enterprise endpoint detection: there is no central telemetry a security team can hunt in, no detection engineering, and no incident response standing behind it. If you have a security function, or a customer questionnaire asking about EDR coverage and response, Sophos or another enterprise product is the honest recommendation and we will move you across. Feature availability, particularly the identity-protection extras, also varies by country — we check what is actually sold in India before quoting anything.
