Let’s Talk
ElevenLabs logoWe build and run on this

Voice is a product decision before it is an API key.

We build and run voice inside products — synthesis, transcription and voice agents — on ElevenLabs where it is the right model, and on something else where it is not. The hard parts are latency, consent, and what happens when the model gets it wrong.

Not a boxed licence — we design and operate workloads here, and can place your committed spend through us.

What we work with

The products, and who each one suits.

5 listed
01

Text to Speech

Synthesised speech from text, across a range of voices and languages.

Products that have to read something aloud — notifications, IVR, accessibility, published content.

02

Speech to Text

Transcription with speaker labels and timestamps.

Contact centres, meeting products, and anyone sitting on an audio archive nobody can search.

03

Voice cloning

A voice built from recordings of a real person, with that person’s consent.

Brands with a presenter, and products that need one consistent identity.

04

Conversational agents

Speech in, speech out, with turn-taking, interruption handling and tool calls.

Support and booking lines where the current answer is a hold queue.

05

Dubbing

Translating and re-voicing existing audio or video into other languages.

Teams with a content library and more than one language to serve.

What buying through us changes

A partnership is only worth what it changes.

Better than list on committed usage

Voice is billed by characters and minutes, and a volume commitment prices below the public rate. We place it and size it against a real traffic estimate rather than a launch-day guess.

Named contacts at the vendor

A route to people who can answer the questions a forum thread cannot — a voice held for review, latency in a particular region, a licensing question about a cloned voice.

Startup credits we sponsor

Where the vendor runs a credits or grants route for early-stage companies, we prepare and sponsor the application. The award is theirs to make, not ours.

How we help

The work around the product.

  • Decide whether synthetic voice belongs in the product at all, and where a recorded human is still the better answer.
  • Choose the model on a listening test using your own script, in the languages you actually serve — not on a demo reel.
  • Build the integration properly: streaming, a latency budget, caching for repeated phrases, and a fallback for when the API is slow.
  • Get consent and rights documented for any cloned voice, in writing, before the recording session.
  • Wire it into the rest of the stack — telephony, CRM, and the agent deciding what to say — and log every generated utterance.
  • Run it afterwards: usage and cost per minute monitored, voices and prompts changed as the product moves.
Where this is not the answer

Synthetic voice is a reputational risk before it is a technical one. A cloned voice without documented consent is a problem we will not help you create, and we will ask for the paperwork before we build. Quality also varies by language — the Indian-language output holds up for some scripts and not for others, so we test before you commit rather than after. And we are not a production house: we build the system, but the script, the brand voice and the recordings stay yours.
